1. The delivery and storage of our raw materials

Our production site has a 25,000 tonne annual capacity and is 100 metres from the motorway network. This location ensures that our raw materials arrive safely and that our food preparations are delivered efficiently.
Before use, our raw materials are checked and stocked according to the allergen and FIFO criteria.

2. The software programing of our mixes

The mixes of our food preparations are programmed on computers to ensure the traceability from source (batch number of constituent raw materials) to end product (batch number of the mix produced). These mixes are made according to the HACCP protocoles.

3. Mixers

Our mixing machines are specialised according to the nature of the mixings being made. This guarantees the homogeneity of the product and prevents contamination.

4. Quality control

A sample is taken from each finished batch to be used for quality control. It is a levy at source to allow the launch onto the market. Quality controls are carried out in our BAKING CENTRE, according to our quality system's procedures which deal with sanitary, technological, organoleptic and legislative aspects.

5. Packaging and packing

The packaging and the packing of our products is carried out in a hygienic environment, following our labeling system.
Our packaging pallet has three ranges: a small bag (1kg – 2kg), a bag (5 kg – 10 kg – 15kg – 20kg – 25kg – 50kg) and a big bag.

6. Courrier security checks

A last control is made by our production team before loading and delivery.
