- MILLBÄKER is a French company, located in the Champagne-Ardenne Region, which invents and refines food mixes aimed at professionals of the wheat-flour-bread industry, manufacturers and specialised networks within the framework of the HACCP – IFS (International Food Standard) quality and the security approach (according to the Authorized Economic Operator).
We produce a very wide range of products covering bread-making, pastries, biscuit-making and delicatessen. These ranges cater for dietary requirements such as nutritional specifications, allergies, religious particularities and others.
- INNOVATION has been MILLBÄKER's priority ever since its creation in 2005, concentrating its research on the potential of plant germination (an initiative which has prompted the support of financial and political authorities such as FEDER - OSEO - Champagne-Ardenne Region,…). This research has three main aims: to identify new technological properties, to naturally increase the nutritional supply and to bring new organoleptic touches to products within the food-industry and in particular to bread-making products.
- The first innovative product, GERMINOV®, was born like this. It is a leaven paste made from germinated seeds (wheat, rye, lentils, hemp) that you incorporate at the end of the kneading. It gives birth to the GERMINOV® baguette, a tasty and crunchy baguette.
